How to cancel Punts1
The honest test of any subscription is how easily you can leave. So it's here, not in the small print.
- One message is enough Drop us an informal line at info@punts1.com or message us in support chat — "please cancel" will do. No phone queue, no form, no retention offer to click away. We confirm the cancellation in writing.
- Be in time The cancellation has to reach us at least 24 hours before the next automatic renewal — otherwise it takes effect from the period after that.
- Access runs to the end You keep the tips until the 30-day period you've already paid for runs out. After that access ends automatically and nothing further is charged.
